- Ground up restoration of the original Village Hall of Tuckahoe, NY (originally built in 1909). All work involved extraordinary attention to detail, matching appointments to the original construction. Total area encompassed 32k sq. ft. Work included:

- Wine cellar w/ tasting area
- Marble floors throughout
- Elevator installation
- Library
- 60 seat entertainment and theatre room
- Mahogany circular staircase
- Five new marble bathrooms
- Custom mahogany trim throughout
- Security system with camera surveillance
- High detailed painting throughout
- Conversion of unfinished attic space to match existing usable space
- New asphalt roof
- Restored cupola
- Re-pointing of joints on exterior brick face
