Once a design is approved, we follow up with a written summary of work required and a breakdown of rates by hour with an estimated number of hours needed to complete the job.

Arthur Lange, Inc., works on a time-and-materials basis. Clients are invoiced monthly and are kept fully informed of all progress. We are completely accountable to our clients.

When work begins a foreman is assigned to the project. Artie usually makes a daily visit to each site. Together, they ensure projects move along exactly to the specifications.
