Artie Lange (Arthur C. Lange), President, got his first taste of the family business at 15 when he worked with his father’s painting crew. His passion for the business began when he tried his hand at carpentry. Learning from some of the most talented craftsmen in the area, Artie developed a lifelong zeal for high-quality construction. He graduated in 1988 from Lynchburg (Va.) College, with a BA in marketing, and immediately went to work full-time for the family business. By 1990, he was estimating projects and serving as a foreman. In 1994 he became a partner, and ten years later assumed full ownership of the corporation. Today he keeps up the proud tradition of service and quality begun by his great-grandfather, while applying state-of-the-art project management and construction techniques. A life-long Westchester resident, he lives in Crestwood.

Arthur Lange II (Artie’s father), Consultant, began working for his own father at 16 and led the company from 1962 to the late 1990s. Now semi-retired, he handles the company finances and draws upon his 45 years of project and business experience to provide guidance to his son. A Westchester native, he lives in Bronxville.

Ashtyn Lange, Office Administrator, graduated from Manhattanville College, with a degree in business management. Soon after graduating, she realized that she wanted to follow in her father’s footsteps, and join the family business. Ashtyn works alongside her aunt, Kristen, helping handle payroll, billing, as well as running the company social media/website.

Nick Koutoulas, Managing Partner began his career in construction in 1983 when he began working for his father’s painting company in New York City. He spent two years with his father’s company before forming his own construction company in 1985. He has since focused his business on specializing in complete interior and exterior renovation and restoration of all types of commercial and residential properties. It is through his own diverse talents and those of his workers that he maintains his goal of satisfying clients while maintaining the highest standards of service and integrity. He has successfully been completing high end residential apartments and common building core areas for over 25 years.

Kristen Kilkenny, CFO, literally grew up working in the company since 12 years old. Arthur Sr. “Dad” trained her to write checks and type on a manual typewriter. Kristen continued all through high school and went on to Concordia College in Bronxville, where she received her BA in Business Administration. She manages billing, financials, and payroll for the company in addition to raising her three children.

Jimmy Bastalla, Project Manager, An employee of Arthur Lange, Inc. since 1998, Jimmy’s woodworking expertise evolved from several years of working the trade in his native Dominican Republic. Jimmy oversees all carpentry work done for the company making sure that the precise details inherent in every aspect of a projects’ carpentry work gets his “seal of approval” before the unveiling.

Joe Cruz, Project Manager Joe started out as a buyer for Oscar de la Renta. After the purchase of his first home, he realized his love for renovations. He then enrolled in a class at Boces to advance himself in carpentry. He has been a skilled carpenter for over fifteen years and a master of all trades. Joe manages our large home renovations to be sure all aspects of the home renovation runs smooth.

Eddie Silva, Project Coordinator/Concierge also has experience as a carpenter and sheetrocker, but painting is his specialty. From his father Eddie learned the skill of mixing paints to create colors that

Elmiton Fernandez, Assistant Carpentry Foreman Working as an apprentice in the field of carpentry while attending Northern Manhattan Institute solidified Elmiton’s love for woodworking. Brian Kilkenny, Assistant Job Coordinator Brian graduated from University of Tampa with a bachelors of science degree. Brian assists in coordinating for permitting of jobs, does time tracking, keeps track of materials on jobs as well as working with Chris to be sure all jobs run on schedule and smoothly.

Erickson Rojas, Senior Painting Foreman Originally from Lima, Peru Eric started his career working in NYC for a restoration firm that specialized in churches. There he learned how to do glazing and gold leaf painting. After that he started working on military bases, specifically at West Point. Eric joined Arthur Lange, Inc. in 2012 where has shown his expertise in both painting and carpentry skills.
